Termination

Grounds for removing an affiliate (e.g. fraud, brand violations) and notice period for either party leaving the programme.

Returns and chargebacks

That commissions are reversed on returned or disputed orders.

Modification rights

That you reserve the right to change commission rates or terms with reasonable notice.
